We aim to make the whole buying process simple, easy, hassle free and above all fun. Every order is important to us and we are here to help you at every stage. We aim to ensure that all of our products are delivered to you as quickly, safely and securely as possible, using the most appropriate delivery method.
Your order will go through the following steps:
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Once you are happy with your photo letter art creation or have selected from our ready-made gifts, click the ‘Basket’ icon/ ‘Buy Now’ to place your order. Your order with then be added to ‘Your Basket’. At this stage you can either continue creating or shopping or go to ‘Your Basket’ to checkout and make your payment.
Step 2 – Check your Order Details and Checkout
When you are ready to complete your order, go to ‘Your Basket’ and thoroughly check all the details of your order. If any details are incorrect, go back and change them. Once you are happy with everything, click ‘Pay Now’ to make your payment.
Step 3 – Make your Payment
We use PayPal to accept payment securely. You can pay with your PayPal account or use most major debit or credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and American Express. Follow the PayPal instructions to make your payment. Once your payment has been accepted you will see a payment confirmation notification on the Paypal screen.
Step 4 – Order Acknowledgement
Once we have received your order and payment, we will email you an order acknowledgement which will confirm all the details of your order and an expected delivery date. Please check the details carefully and advise us immediately if anything is wrong or needs amending by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 07970 198455
Step 5 – Product Production
Once we have sent you your order acknowledgement, we will start to work on your order straightaway to ensure that we deliver the products to you as soon as we can, and as far as possible no later than the expected delivery date. We will email you to confirm that your order is in production, please note that orders cannot be cancelled or amended once this email has been sent.
Step 6 – Order Despatch
Once your order has been produced, it is carefully checked by our quality control team to ensure it meets our very high standards and is wrapped and packed to ensure a safe and secure delivery to you. We will email you to confirm that your order is now ready for despatch and ready for collection by our delivery company.
Step 7 – Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery company, we will email you to confirm the expected delivery date. If your delivery has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Step 8 – Check your Delivery
We hope that you will be as pleased with your Secret Smile Graphics purchases as we have been in creating them for you, so please check your order as soon as it is delivered and let us know immediately if there are any problems so that we can resolve any issues or concerns as quickly as possible.
We take care to ensure that all of our products, especially those of a more fragile nature, are packed in appropriate materials to ensure their safe delivery. The products are packed as follows:
- Photo letter art prints: Cello bag and hard backed envelope
- Photo letter art acrylic blocks: Bubble wrap bag and brown paper
- Photo letter art greetings cards: Cello bag and envelope
All orders will be processed and acknowledged as soon as they are received. We aim to achieve the following despatch times:
- Photo letter art prints: 7 working days
- Photo letter art greetings cards: 7 working days
- Ready-made photo letter art word blocks: 7 working days
- Photo letter art acrylic blocks: 14 working days
Once the products are ready, they will be handed over to our delivery company and should be delivered within the UK within 3 working days, barring any unforeseeable issues or circumstances.

Given the high degree of personalisation and customisation of many of our products, unforeseen circumstances may dictate that our expected delivery times cannot be met. In the rare event of this happening, we will keep you informed and try as hard as we can to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Given the care and attention required to ensure the safe delivery of our products, the following delivery costs will apply to all orders for UK delivery:
- Photo letter art prints and greetings cards: £1.25
- Photo letter art word blocks: £5.00
