These terms and conditions apply to all business conducted with Secret Smile, a trading name of Footprint Impression Management Ltd.
Product Descriptions, Specifications and Images
We aim to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, information, images, photographs and visuals of our products and services are as accurate as possible. We attempt to adhere as far as possible to the published sizes, please note however that all dimensions are approximate and that the reproduction of the colour of our products, frames and images may vary from the way that they appear on screen.
Secret Smile reserves the right to use alternative suppliers, if and when necessary, for some products which might result in slight variations from those shown or described on this website.
Intellectual Property Rights
All photographic images and content on this site are the property of Footprint Impression Management Ltd (trading as Secret Smile) and cannot be reproduced or copied in anyway whatsoever without written permission from Footprint Impression Management Ltd.
The Secret Smile trademarks and logos belong to Footprint Impression Management Ltd and must not be used, reproduced or copied in anyway whatsoever without written permission from Footprint Impression Management Ltd.
Orders and Cancellations
As soon as an order is placed on the Secret Smile website, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email which will confirm the details of your order and which is our acceptance of your order. It is your responsibility to check the details of this order acknowledgement to ensure that they are correct and a copy should be printed and saved by you for reference purposes. You must notify us immediately by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if any of the details are incorrect.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an order, in which case a full refund will be given of any payments made in connection with the order.
As we start to process your order as soon as it has been received, cancellation of an order can only be accepted within 3 days of receipt of your order.

When you make a purchase from Secret Smile, a trading division of Footprint Impression Management Ltd you accept to use the carrier used by us at that time. This means that risk of loss for all purchased items passes to you upon acceptance of the delivery by that carrier. Delivery is made to one mainland UK address only.
If you receive an incorrect item or incomplete delivery from us, please notify us immediately upon receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Faulty Products and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and services you have bought from Secret Smile. Our quality control procedures are designed to ensure that all of our products are carefully inspected and packaged before despatch to ensure their safe delivery. In the unlikely event however that you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied product from us, please contact us as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days of receipt, by emailing email@example.com or calling 07970 198455 so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Provided the damaged or faulty product is returned to us in its original packaging, we will either arrange for a replacement product or a refund of the product purchase price.
Please note: we do not accept any return unless pre-arranged and agreed by us and cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit on return.Back to top
